Back in intellectually and creatively free era known as graduate school, I authored a blog titled “Art, Wine, and Whimsy.” The research and writing was not an insubstantial amount of work, but earned me zero dollars and little acclaim, and thus I ceased publication after my hot take of NBC’s The Sound of Music Live! Regardless, some of the writing and insights still hold.
